Moroccan spiced squash and lentil veggie burger

Looks comparable to a meat patty and tastes far and away superior!!

This burger patties are roused by a few veggie burger plans I ran over on the web. On the head of being solid, they are incredibly simple to plan and very scrumptious. I prepared them with conventional Moroccan flavors like cumin and ground coriander. They are super crunchy outwardly, chewy within, and loaded up with Moroccan flavors, I was unable to have enough of them!

I served them for supper for Z - who is an exceptionally glad meat-eater - without disclosing to him they were a really veggie lovers. He noticed their consistency was  unordinary after  the primary chomp (truly, it isn't meat all things considered). So I needed to come clean with him yet that didn't keep him from having another burger. It was the first occasion when he had an absolutely veggie-lover supper without grumbling about the non appearance of meat. That is the means by which great they taste!

enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 6 patties

50 gr coarsely ground rolled oats and more for dusting

2 teaspoons olive oil and for cooking the burgers

               1 onion, finely chopped

300 gr squash cooked, drained and peeled (any type of squash works)

200 gr cooked brown lentils, drained (1 cup)

100 gr cooked black beans, drained (1/2 cup)

               1 egg

               2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

               1 teaspoon cumin

               1 teaspoon ground coriander

               1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon salt or more to taste

For assembling and garnish

               6 warm toasted buns

               Pickles

               Lettuce leaves

               Tomato slices

               Red onion rings

               Cashew butter and harissa salsa

Anything that will make you happy

METHOD

Ground the oats in a nut processor or a food processor to acquire a coarsely ground oat flour.

Transfer the olive oil and the onions in a medium measured skillet over medium warmth. Spread with a cover and mix every so often until the onions are delicate and clear, around 10 minutes. Evacuate the top and diminish the warmth to low. Leave for 5 to 7 minutes until the onions turn brilliant earthy colored blending sometimes. Put in a safe spot.

In an enormous bowl, combine all the fixings (cooked onions, ground oats, squash, lentils, dark beans, egg, garlic, flavors and salt) and pound with a fork until all around consolidated and smooth. On the other hand, you can utilize a food processor to make this progression simpler. Ensure the dark beans and the lentils are very much depleted before including them, I like to squeeze them through a strainer with a kitchen towel to evacuate all the dampness.

To make the burger patties, partition the blend into 6 equivalent

parts and shape into patties. On the off chance that the surface is excessively wet, include a touch of oat flour to the blend.

Sprinkle the patties with oat flour on the two sides.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in an enormous dish over medium warmth and begin cooking the patties on each side for 4 to 5 minutes. Spread the burgers with a top while they're cooking. In the event that you cook the patties in clusters ensure there is about a tablespoon of oil in the dish each time you begin cooking your patties.

Once the burger patties are cooked collect your burger and appreciate!
